I created Peake Girls because I kept seeing the same pattern. Women feeling stuck between extremes. Trying to follow too much conflicting advice, going "all in" for a few weeks, then falling back into old habits.

I've been there myself. I spent years doing only HIIT classes, avoiding the weights room because I was scared of getting bulky. I used cardio as punishment and had no real relationship with food or training.

When I found strength training, everything changed. Not just physically the confidence that comes with getting stronger is something no cardio class ever gave me.

Peake Girls is built around helping women move away from that all-or-nothing mindset. Structure that fits your real life, not something that forces you to choose between your health and your social life. Training that builds confidence, balance with food, and a routine you can actually maintain.

Will strength training make me bulky?
No. Building significant muscle mass is genuinely difficult and takes a long time. Strength training will help you build a lean, toned physique it's the most effective tool for changing your body composition. This is exactly what Mira's own journey is evidence of.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Peake Girls works for any experience level. Your program is built specifically around where you're starting from. The most important thing is that you're committed. Mira takes care of the rest.
How does online coaching actually work?
You receive your program through the coaching app, log your sessions, and submit a fortnightly check-in. Mira reviews your progress and adjusts your program accordingly. You also have direct support, regular progress reviews, and practical nutrition guidance throughout.
Will I need to follow a strict diet?
No. Peake Girls takes a sustainable approach to nutrition practical guidance that supports your training and fits your lifestyle. No extreme restriction, no food elimination. Balance is the goal.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there is a 16-week minimum. This reflects the investment that goes into your program, and more importantly, it gives you enough time to build real habits and see genuine progress. Meaningful change takes time.
