I created Peake Girls because I kept seeing the same pattern. Women feeling stuck between extremes. Trying to follow too much conflicting advice, going "all in" for a few weeks, then falling back into old habits.
I've been there myself. I spent years doing only HIIT classes, avoiding the weights room because I was scared of getting bulky. I used cardio as punishment and had no real relationship with food or training.
When I found strength training, everything changed. Not just physically the confidence that comes with getting stronger is something no cardio class ever gave me.
Peake Girls is built around helping women move away from that all-or-nothing mindset. Structure that fits your real life, not something that forces you to choose between your health and your social life. Training that builds confidence, balance with food, and a routine you can actually maintain.
