My role as a coach is to remove uncertainty, replace chaos with structure, and help people turn effort into measurable progress.

Every program has a purpose. Every session fits into a bigger plan. Progress is measured, reviewed, and adjusted over time.

With over 10 years of coaching experience, I've seen what works in real life and what doesn't. Sustainable momentum always beats short-term perfection.

Outside the gym, I'm a die-hard Crows supporter, enjoy a Sunday run or a good BBQ, and spend downtime listening to podcasts, watching footy, travelling, and hanging out with Mizz and mates.

I've been obsessed with sport, training, and the human body since I was a kid. That curiosity led me to coaching and eventually to becoming a PhD Candidate in Psychology at Queensland University of Technology.

I believe the mental side of training is just as important as the physical. Understanding why people behave the way they do, what drives consistency, and what gets in the way of progress, is what separates average coaching from coaching that actually sticks.

My approach is pragmatic. I want clients to understand their training, build genuine consistency, and develop a relationship with the gym that lasts long-term.

I created Peake Girls because I kept seeing the same pattern. Women feeling stuck between extremes. Trying to follow too much conflicting advice, going "all in" for a few weeks, then falling back into old habits.

Peake Girls is built around helping women move away from that all-or-nothing mindset. Instead, we focus on structure that fits into your real life, not something that forces you to choose between your health and your social life.

Training that builds confidence in the gym, balance with food, and a routine you can actually maintain. So you stop feeling stuck, start trusting yourself again, and finally begin to feel proud of the person you see in the mirror.

Do I need to train at a specific gym?
For online coaching, no, you can train anywhere. Face-to-face and hybrid sessions are run at either Revo Fitness Glenelg, or the Private 1:1 Peake Studio, Glenelg.
How does online coaching actually work?
You receive your program through the Peake Performance app. You log your sessions, submit a fortnightly check-in, and your coach reviews and adjusts your program based on your progress. You also have 24/7 support, regular performance reviews, and ongoing nutrition guidance.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Peake works for any experience level. You don't need prior experience. You just need to be committed. Your program is built specifically for where you're starting from.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there is a 16-week minimum commitment. This reflects the significant work that goes into building and managing your program on our end, and more importantly, it gives you enough time to achieve real, measurable progress. Meaningful change takes time.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in contracts beyond the initial 16 weeks. After that, coaching is month-to-month. You stay because the results keep coming, not because you're locked in.
