Outside the gym, I'm a die-hard Crows supporter, enjoy a Sunday run or a good BBQ, and spend downtime listening to podcasts, watching footy, travelling, and hanging out with Mizz and mates.

I've been obsessed with sport, training, and the human body since I was a kid. That curiosity led me to coaching and eventually to becoming a PhD Candidate in Psychology at Queensland University of Technology.
I believe the mental side of training is just as important as the physical. Understanding why people behave the way they do, what drives consistency, and what gets in the way of progress, is what separates average coaching from coaching that actually sticks.
My approach is pragmatic. I want clients to understand their training, build genuine consistency, and develop a relationship with the gym that lasts long-term.
